The men and women who fly as cabin crewmembers on corporate jets are known as corporate flight attendants, a distinction reserved for those who have completed specialized business aviation training. Thanks to the increasing manufacture of private jets, positions as a corporate flight attendant continues to grow making the field an attractive one for new and current job candidates.
One web site has distinguished itself as being the best resource for business jet flight attendants, a site that is called the Corporate Flight Attendant Community. Founded by Matt Keegan in August 2002, the Corporate Flight Attendant Community includes a message board forum, catering information, links to key vendors, the Corporate F/A Dispatch blog, a resume listing service, and so much more.
Quoting Matt Keegan, founder of the Corporate Flight Attendant Community, "I started the community in order to provide a place for corporate flight attendants to connect. People entering the field and business aviation supporters also have found a home with our community as they know that they can trust our site to provide accurate, relevant, and interesting information concerning their careers."
Keegan continues to expand and improve the site and is working on a new catering section to replace the current one. His blog is updated approximately twice weekly to include some of the latest information pertaining to business aviation and cabin crewmembers.
